Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final (digital services)
FilingSage provides document-retrieval services (e.g., Certificates of Good Standing and certified copies) that begin processing quickly and may incur non-recoverable government fees. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or routine refunds.
Cancellations (very limited)
If you made a mistake, email orders@filingsage.com immediately with your order number. If your request has not yet been submitted to a government agency, we may cancel as a courtesy. Once submitted, cancellation isn’t possible and no refund is available.
Agency rejections & non-issuance
Government agencies may refuse to issue documents (e.g., the entity is not in good standing, misidentification, statutory limits). Our fee covers our processing effort and third-party costs; no refund is due if an agency rejects or cannot fulfill a request for reasons outside our control. We’ll advise options for correction or re-submission (additional fees may apply).
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, documents are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Posted turnaround times are estimates and can vary with agency workload, outages, holidays, or compliance checks.
Technical issues & non-delivery (our fault)
If we fail to deliver correctly due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 7 days. We will re-deliver or correct the issue. If we are unable to deliver due to our error, we may, at our discretion, refund our service fee (government/third-party fees already paid are not refundable).
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you placed a duplicate order or were charged in error, email us within 7 days. If a true duplicate was not processed, we’ll void or refund it; if processed twice in error, we’ll refund one.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can help. Filing chargebacks without contacting us may delay resolution; we will provide documentation to our processor as needed.
